Norman Williams is a Professorial Research Fellow in the UCL Division of Surgery & Interventional Science, and has more than 30 years’ experience of running clinical trials.

Ben Ayres is a consultant Urological Surgeon at St George's University Hospitals NHS Trust. His special interests include penile cancer, bladder cancer, medical education and patient engagement / quality of life. He teaches at the Royal College of Surgeons (England), is an educational supervisor to doctors in training, is medical student education lead for the British Association of Urological Surgeons and undergraduate surgical lead for St George's medical school. He is involved in international research trials and multi-centre collaboration in penile and bladder cancer.
